Bitcoin Mining Container Antrack V1 Usage Tutorial
Many miners have the need to use Mining Container. So as an official Antrack partner, we will introduce to you the complete process of Antrack v1 Mining Container from unboxing to how to use it
Antrack V1 Mining Container can support 4 Antminer S19 to S21 series water-cooled miners at the same time. With a three-phase electrical design, please make sure your site has three-phase electrical conditions and be sure to have professional electricians install it to ensure safety.

Unboxing
This time we arrived at 50 Antrack V1s, and then we randomly disassembled one for unboxing experience.

In terms of overall packaging, the Antrack V1 has excellent protection. The bottom is reinforced by 4 8.8-level nuts, which can effectively prevent shaking and damage during long-distance transportation and sea transportation, ensuring that the mine box remains intact during transportation.

Install the foot before standing up, otherwise it will be very troublesome to install.
Appearance
After stifling the Antrack V1, you can see that the door panel in front is equipped with a temperature control device and an emergency stop button. With the temperature control screen, you can monitor temperature and humidity in real time.

Use the included key to open the front door of the Antrack V1 to clearly see the internal structure:
At the top position is a circuit breaker for controlling the overall power supply while supporting independent management of 4 mining machines and cooling fans, providing flexibility for operation and maintenance.

Let’s take a look at four places where water-cooled miners are placed
There are two liquid tubes on both sides of the left and right. The blue valve is a cold water pipe and the red valve is a hot water pipe. Then you can connect the corresponding interfaces of the water-cooling machine respectively.

At the bottom of the mine box, you can see other accessories and instructions.
One of the most core components is the plate heat exchanger. If you have heating needs in winter, you can connect the radiator through this heat exchange system to recycle and utilize the heat generated by the mining machine to achieve “mining while heating”, which is both energy-saving and efficient.

Coming to the back of the mine box, there are 8 super-large fans.
So far we have completed the introduction of the overall appearance of the Antrack V1. Next we will demonstrate in steps how to properly install and use this Mining Container.
Actual operation
Today we will use Antminer S19 XP+ Hyd 293T as a demonstration
Step 1: Wiring
Since the Antrack V1 adopts a three-phase electrical design, please make sure your site has three-phase electrical conditions and it is highly recommended that professional electricians operate the wiring to ensure safety.
After disassembling the panel of the electric box, you will find that all wiring positions inside are clearly marked, so professional electricians can easily complete the wiring work.

Step 2: Network Connection
The Antrack V1 comes with a built-in 8-port switch, with 4 ports already pre-connected to network cables, each corresponding to one of the four miner slots inside the container.
When installing the miners, simply plug these pre-connected cables into the respective miner network ports.

You will need to prepare an external network cable and connect it to any of the remaining ports on the switch to ensure the miners can connect to the mining pool.
For configuration and management, you can also connect a computer to any available port on the switch using an Ethernet cable, making it easy to set up and manage the miners.
Step 3: Add Coolant
Before adding coolant to the Antrack V1, make sure that all hot and cold water valves for the four miner slots are completely closed (valves positioned perpendicular to the pipe). There are a total of 9 valves. If any are left open, the liquid may overflow, causing unnecessary issues.

On the side of the Antrack V1, you will find the water tank, which has indicators marked “Min. Liquid Level” and “Max. Liquid Level.” Ensure the coolant level stays within this range after filling; otherwise, the system will trigger emergency shutdown protection, and the container will stop operating.

The filling port for the water tank is located on the top of the container. Simply remove the three securing screws to open the cover and add the coolant.

Note: The side panel is designed at an angle so that in case of a leak, water will not drip directly onto the miners, preventing damage. So if you notice the slanted design, it is completely normal.

Step 4: Install the Miners
1. Connect the Water-Cooling Interfaces
- Remove the protective caps from the miner’s water inlet and outlet ports.
- Connect the hot water pipe (red valve) to the bottom-right port of the miner.
- Connect the cold water pipe (blue valve) to the top-left port of the miner.

2. Connect Power and Network
- Remove the protective cover from the aviation connector and securely connect the power cable.
- Plug the corresponding pre-installed network cable into the miner’s network port.
- Repeat the same process for the remaining three miners.

3. Open the Valves
- Open 8 water valves to allow coolant to flow into the miners.
- Important: Among the 9 valves that were closed during the filling process, the bottom valve is the drain valve—do not open it, or the liquid will spray out.

4. Power On the System
- Once the coolant has fully filled the pipelines, turn on all the circuit breakers in sequence.
- After powering on, you will see the coolant circulating quickly under the action of the water pump, and the rear fans of the container will start operating for efficient cooling.

Note: At initial startup, you may notice small air bubbles in the system. This is normal. These bubbles will gradually be released through the exhaust vent on top of the container, and the process may take about 3 hours.

Step 5: Miner Configuration
Once the air bubbles have been fully discharged and the cooling system is running stably, you can proceed with miner configuration.
If possible, use a flow meter to check the coolant flow rate. Ensure it reaches at least 8.5 liters per minute before configuring the miner settings. This guarantees proper cooling and safe operation of the equipment.
How to Shut Down the System or Replace the Coolant
1. Power Down the System
- First, turn off the miner’s power, but keep the other power supplies on.
- Wait until the water pipes cool down to room temperature or the temperature reading on the display remains stable for an extended period.
- Then, turn off the remaining power supplies.

2. Close the Water Valves and Disconnect Cables
- Close all hot and cold water valves.
- Disconnect the network and power cables, and cover the aviation connectors with their protective caps to prevent any liquid from entering the connectors during disassembly.
3. Remove the Water Pipes
- Carefully disconnect the hot and cold water pipes. Each pipe has a built-in check valve to minimize the risk of coolant spraying out.
4. Drain the Coolant (If Needed)
- Open the drain valve at the bottom of the container and attach a drainage hose to direct the liquid into an appropriate container.
- Open the valve, and the liquid will automatically drain out.

Important Safety Notes
If you are not a qualified electrician, do not attempt to connect the wiring yourself. Always hire a certified professional to ensure safe and proper installation.
When filling the coolant, make sure the liquid level is above the minimum mark. Do not keep the level equal to or below the “Min. Liquid Level” line to avoid triggering protection or causing damage to the system.
