How to setup Goldshell AE Box II
The official brand-new Goldshell AE Box II package does not come with a power cord. if you need an extra power cord, you can talk to our sales, and we will offer a special discounted price to you.
1. Plug in the power supply and connect the network cable (Goldshell AE Box II also supports a Wi-Fi connection)
Goldshell AE Box II and Goldshell AE Box Pro both use 3 x 6-pin power connectors.
If you find that the power light is flashing red, it is a normal phenomenon because, at this time, we have not yet connected to the mining pool. After connecting to the mining pool, the indicator light will turn green.
2. Open the Goldshell website and click on “Find Your Miner” under Suuprots in the navigation bar.
3. You will find the Goldshell Miner on your current network. click on the cog on the right side of the Goldshell AE Box II to access the backend of the miner.
Note: Make sure you are using a computer on the same network as your Goldshell AE Box II!
4. Enter initial password: 123456789 to unlock
5. Click on the left side of the mining machine settings, add the mining pool address, here we need to get the mining pool address
6. Let’s take F2pool as an example and open the official website. Find Aleo, there is a special address for Goldshell Miner. Click to copy it.
7. Go back to the background of the mining machine, click on Add Mining Pool, copy the address to the URL column, fill in the miner’s name as the username of your registered F2pool, and leave the password blank.
8. After successfully connecting to the mining pool, the icon will turn green, and the power indicator of the miner will also turn green.
9. You can go back to the miner management in F2pool to see how the miners are running.
One detail to note is that if you have more than one miner name, you need to switch to the correct one to show the miner Hashrate
Click on Earnings to also see the amount of Aleo that has been earned today!
