1. Orders for which Woyo has received full payment will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
2. For pre-order orders, the exact shipping date is subject to factory notification. If there is any update, Woyo will notify the buyer in time.
3. We promise to ship within 7 days after the order is placed, and most orders will be shipped within 48 hours!
4. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. It is highly recommended that you know your local customs clearance policy and prepare all customs clearance documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
