1. Orders for which Woyo has received full payment will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
2. For pre-order orders, the exact shipping date is subject to factory notification. If there is any update, Woyo will notify the buyer in time.
3. We promise to ship within 7 days after the order is placed, and most orders will be shipped within 48 hours!
4. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. It is highly recommended that you know your local customs clearance policy and prepare all customs clearance documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
5. We may arrange different courier companies to deliver the goods according to your destination. If you have special requirements for courier companies, please confirm with us in advance.
| Warranty Note
1. Please note that for brand new miners, the warranty period is 6 months/12 months from the time of production (depending on the manufacturer's different policies).

3. For used miners, we will provide a video of the miner's operation before shipment so that you can better view the operating status of the miner's computing power. After your acceptance, we will fully communicate with you and arrange for shipment.
